Hamburger Noodle Casserole

This is, hands down, one of my all time favorite casseroles! It's been in my family for as long as I can remember and is one of those casseroles that tastes just as amazing reheated the next day (if there is any left that is!). I love every ingredient and combined....it just equals full on mouth & tummy happiness! This casserole can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until time to bake! The best part is that it's such an easy-peasy, no fuss meal!

I'll get on to the recipe....just thinking about it makes me wish I had more to heat up right now!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2lb ground beef
  • 1 white onion (chopped finely)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 (12oz) can whole corn (drained)
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • bread crumbs
  • 3tbsp melted butter
  • salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook beef and onions until beef is brown. While this is cooking, start cooking your noodles. Drain both when done. In a large mixing bowl combine beef, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, corn, sour cream, corn, and noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Place into 2qt casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and then drizzle the melted butter on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes...and voila!

Bon appétit!
